REDEEMER TUITION POLICIES
Tuition Policy
- Tuition Refund and Reimbursement Policy
Redeemer Lutheran School operates based on established class size limits and fixed institutional costs. Our refund policy is structured as follows:
- Standard Withdrawal: Voluntary or non-hardship withdrawals of students from Redeemer are not eligible for tuition refunds or credits. Any and all tuition paid prior to a student’s withdrawal is non-refundable.
- Extenuating Circumstances: Tuition refunds or credits may be granted in special or extenuating circumstances through a formal written request submitted to the School Administrator for the Board of Education (BOE). The BOE will consider and act on the request on a case-by-case basis at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
- Utah Fits All (UFA) Scholarship Exception: In compliance with Utah State law regarding the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program, if a student utilizing UFA funds withdraws from the school, any unused portion of the disbursed scholarship tuition for the remainder of the school year will be returned to the UFA program/portal. Redeemer Lutheran School will facilitate the reimbursement of these public funds to the scholarship granting organization as required by state guidelines.
