A Message from the Board of Elders: Shared Vision

One Redeemer: A Shared Vision for Our Future

As we move through 2026, our eyes remain fixed on the foundational truth of Ephesians 4:5-6: “One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism.” Our theme for this year, “One Lord,” calls us to keep Christ at the center of all we do as we begin Mission 75 Plus, our strategic plan for the next 75 years of Redeemer’s future.

Recent congregational feedback has shown that while we are in a stable and peaceful place, we have a wonderful opportunity to grow in our outward focus and hospitality. The Board of Elders has already begun this work by expanding to six elders and establishing an “Elder On-Duty” schedule to assist visitors with our liturgy. However, true hospitality is not just a task for leadership; it is a calling for our entire church family.

Growing in Hospitality Together

A welcoming environment is built on organic, personal connections. We invite every member to join this effort by looking for an unfamiliar face each Sunday, offering a friendly greeting, or helping a neighbor navigate the hymnal. Our goal is to be architects of a future where every person—from our long-time members to first-time seekers—feels the peace and joy of the Gospel.

One Mission and One Family in Christ

We saw this spirit of unity shine recently at the school gala. It was a fantastic community event, supported heavily by the congregation and attended by all our elders. Moments like these remind us that whether in the classroom or the sanctuary, we are one mission and one family in Christ.

As we continue to witness consistent growth in our worship attendance, let us work together to ensure our welcome matches the excellence of the Word preached here. Whether through our Whole-Life Stewardship efforts or simply by introducing yourself to a visitor, your involvement is the key to a vibrant future for Redeemer.
